Design Philosophy

At Mallin Casual Furniture, our goal has always been to elevate the quality of outdoor living through the creation of imaginatively conceived, beautifully executed furniture designs; designs that surprise not only with form, but with function.

Achieving such a goal requires constant refinement and ever higher standards, but the end result is the most innovative collection of outdoor furniture in the industry. Our designs are works of art whose classic craftmanship and styling stand up to the passage of time.

Manufacturing Philosophy

The essence of our design philosophy is a direct carry over to our production qualities. All of our collections feature heavy gauge tubular, extruded, or solid aluminum frames. Our rich polyester powder-coated finishes provide the diamond-hard luster needed to survive the elements, as well as enhance the colors and styles.

Outdoor comfort, the reason casual furniture is so important in today’s lifestyle, was pioneered by Mallin. Our innovations in cushion and fabric designs have led us to make the most comfortable and fashionable presentation in the industry. That is why we feel that when you choose Mallin, you have decided to make an extraordinary outdoor statement of your very own.

Mallin Warranties

MALLIN 15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (RESIDENTIAL)
On Frames, Finish & Vinyl Strapping

ASSURANCES: Mallin provides a 15 year limited warranty to the original purchaser from date of purchase on frames due to a defect in workmanship (i.e. broken frame welds) or if the finish peels or blisters within the 15 years. We will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color & style if the original has been discontinued. Vinyl strapping is also covered for 15 years against breakage.

MALLIN 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (RESIDENTIAL)
On Frames & Finish for ARTISAN COLLECTION

ASSURANCES: Mallin provides a 5 year limited warranty to the original purchaser from date of purchase on frames due to a defect in workmanship (i.e. broken frame welds) or if the finish peels or blisters within the first 5 years. We will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color & style if the original has been discontinued. MALLIN 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (RESIDENTIAL)
On WOVEN RESIN FURNITURE

ASSURANCES: If the woven resin furniture fails structurally (i.e. broken frames, welds, or resin), or if the weave unravels or fades excessively within three years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. This Warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY:
This warranty does not include furniture used for commercial purposes or furniture damaged by acts of nature, such as freezing or lack of proper care.

Mallin will not be liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory on any warranted items past 1 year.

This warranty does not cover any purchased parts (end caps, glass, glides, etc.) cushions, umbrellas, slings, or failure caused by normal usage, mildew or fading of fabric.
